DRAFT Timetable (please note this is subject to change as per Their Majesties Requirements):

Friday the 21^st day of March

• 9am: Setup commences for Stewarding Team
• 12pm: Site opens for attendees/camping set up
• 2pm: Lists open
• 6:30pm – Informal get together. Pizza run can be organised for those wishing to participate (additional cost for those wishing to partake)

Saturday the 22^nd day of March

• 7am: Site opens
• 8:30am: Entrants meet with Crown. A&S Competition Set Up
• 9:30am: Invocation court followed by Crown Tourney 
• At completion of Tourney: Announcement of the Heirs
• Lunch during or at completion of Tourney (dependent on number of entrants and timing)
• 2pm: Games commence
• 3pm: Chiv meeting with Crown
• 4pm: Equestrian – Ride Before The Prince
• 4:30pm: Pel Meeting with Crown
• 6pm: Feast begins with Court at 7pm
• Entertainment throughout the evening (format TBC)

Sunday the 23^rd day of March

• 7:30am: Set up for Site and Market
• 8:30am: Site Opens, Markets Open
• 9:00am: Equestrian Tourney
• 10:00am: Roses Tournament (Heavy and Rapier)
• 11:00am: MoD Meeting with Crown
• 12:00pm: Laurel Meeting with Crown
• 1pm: Lunch
• 2pm: Closing Court
• 3pm: Pack down

For those that want to stay an extra night and travel home on the Monday, there is the option to do so.

*Friday 4 November*

* Set up commences from 9am.
* Site opens from 12pm for camping set up.
* Informal get-together (at the tavern on site) from 7pm

*Saturday 5 November*

* Peerage meeting and Markets from 10am to 12:30pm

            * Pelican Meeting - 10am-11am

            * Laurel Meeting - 11am-12pm

            * Chivalry Meeting - 12pm-1pm

* Kingdom A&S competition/display - entries open 10am and close 12:30pm,
judging and viewing between lunch and dinner
* Lunch break (picnic) - 1pm
* Tourney Entrants Meeting with the Crown 2pm
* Armour inspections - 3:15pm
* Invocation (presentation of combatants and consorts -- in shade) - 3:45pm
* *Crown Tournament** - 4pm
* On field acclamation of Royal Heirs (this will be done in the shade) - at
end of tourney
* Feast and Court to commence at 6:30pm, dependent on size of tourney field
and finishing time.
* Entertainment - singers during feast

*Sunday 6 November*

* Armour inspection 10am
* Queen's Rose Tournament for Heavy Combatants - 10:30am
* Royal Round Target Archery - 11am
* A&S Discussion Group - 11am
