Setup: Setup will be on Friday from 9am for the Event. For the Tourney Field it will be from Midday. This will be updated closer to the event. Anyone wishing to set up on the Tourney Field Saturday Morning must inform the Steward for arrangements to be made.

Pavilions: Those wishing to set up Pavilions around the List Field, please let the Steward know their footprint when booking so that space can be arranged for such.

Camping: Limited Camping at the Tourney Field is permitted with consultation with the Steward. Only Period Tents will be allowed near the tourney field – all modern tents will have a separate area. There will be portaloos and bush showers provided at the site.

Meals: Meals will be served out of the Tavern. The menu can now be found here.

General:

Dubbo has a number of tourist attractions such as Taronga Western Plains Zoo that visitors can see if they wish to extend their stay in Dubbo. Information will be provided to people in the form of links and PDF files. Brochures can be mailed if requested.

All supermarkets, newsagents, petrol stations, police, fire, ambulance, public hospital, pharmacies etc are located in Dubbo approximately 15km away (ten to fifteen minute drive) from the site. All emergency services can be contacted directly from the site.
