Autumn Crown is happening from 21 to 23 March 2025.

Bookings close 1 March 2025. Payment required by 1 March 2025 – no payments will be accepted on the day.

Costs for the event are as follows:

1/9/2024 to 14/1/2025
Adult Member – $85 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member – $25 (add $5 if non member)
Under 6 – free (add $5 if non member)
Adult member (lunches only, no feast) – $65 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member (lunches only, no feast) – $10 (add $5 if non member)
Adult member off board (no food) – $50 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member off board (no food) – $5 (add $5 if non member)

15/1 to 1/3/2025
Adult Member – $95 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member – $35 (add $5 if non member)
Under 6 – free (add $5 if non member)
Adult member (lunches only, no feast) – $75 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member (lunches only, no feast) – $20 (add $5 if non member)
Adult member off board (no food) – $60 (add $10 if non member)
Youth 6-17 member off board (no food) – $10 (add $5 if non member)

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before the 1st March 2025 will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price
  • Cancellations before the 14th March 2025 (week before the event) will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price
  • Cancellations after the 14th March 2025 will not receive a refund
  • Tickets can be transferred to another attendee via the original purchaser by emailing autumncrown2025@gmail.com to request the transfer
