Dubbo has a range of accommodation options available a short ten to fifteen minute drive from the site. Accommodation ranges from budget motels to 4 star motels and several caravan parks with cabins. A list of accommodation with pricing can be provided. As a guide, motel accommodation starts from $85 per night, up to $300 per night. The average is approximately $130-160 per night for a double. There are a number of caravan parks offering powered sites, cabin accommodation and some will offer discounts for group bookings, such as Aussie Cabins.

Assistance is available to travelers to find appropriate accommodation in their price range and group booking discounts will be sought wherever available and appropriate.

There will be camping available on site (free) however only period tents/pavilions will be allowed near the tourney field.

There may be a limited amount of billeting available for those coming from afar. This will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and preference will be given to those traveling from New Zealand and interstate (some of this may be on site in tents).
